We are excited to announce the 12th Isotopes in Biogenic Silica (IBiS) meeting will be held at the University of Bristol, UK, from 30 March - 1 April 2026! Please put the dates in your calendars!
The meeting will bring together researchers from different disciplines who share a common interest in silicon, biogeochemical cycling and all of the isotopes associated with biogenic silica.

Previous IBiS meetings have inspired discussions and scientific advances, and we hope that this meeting will continue in that tradition. In addition, the meetings provide an excellent opportunity for graduate students, early career scientists and more established colleagues to share their latest findings, identify areas of future research and solve methodological issues.
